Orders

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, card, and store credit. We prefer you put your order in as "pay in store" in case there are any issues with it.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes! The easiest way to change your order would be to e-mail or call the store with the change you'd like to make.

Out of stock?

We take request for special order board games, dice, and miniatures in store!

What is your return policy?

We will accept returns on sealed board games, miniatures, and CCG supplies.

In order to maintain the integrity of our inventory, we do NOT accept returns on TCG singles or packs (i.e. Magic, Pokemon, Digimon, SWU, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Gundam, etc.), whether they are sealed or open, either in store or over mail.

Most board games, card games & miniatures with missing components must have their parts replaced via the manufacturer. Please contact onlinestore@mistymountaingames.com with the specifics and we will let you know how to proceed.

Buying & Selling

What games or cards do you buy?

We buy Magic: The Gathering, Pokemon, Riftbound, and Star Wars: Unlimited trading cards! We will also buy some sealed product for Magic and Pokemon cards.

At this time, we do NOT buy any video games, miniatures, board games, or other trading cards.

What are your buy prices?

We offer a sliding scale of buy prices based on the value of your trading card. For sealed product, we usually offer 60-70% in cash, although this is subject to change and is best verified with a Misty buyer in-store.

Our buy prices for bulk range from $2-$10 USD / 1,000 cards for MTG or Pokemon. This varies based on the type of bulk being sold. One thousand cards is roughly the length of a single row in a foldable 3-row card storage box.

Our buy prices for singles can be found using our buylist function on our website. We offer 10% in store credit versus cash for all singles buys!

Buy prices can vary from the buylist when selling older or high-value cards; if you want to price out higher end product, please make a reservation to meet with one of our buyers either over the phone or through e-mail.

How long does it take to get an offer?

Offers for larger drop-off buys can take up to a week to be processed. Smaller (20 cards or less) buys or individual high value cards can usually be processed in-store at the time of entry.

To ensure that we can look at your cards for smaller volume buys, please call ahead to verify that a buyer will be present, or set up an appointment to meet with us over phone or e-mail.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally, we only ship to the continental 48 states.

How can I track my order?

Please check your email account that was used to order through our website for your order confirmation and tracking info.

If you do not receive tracking info within 24 hours of your order being confirmed as ready to ship, please e-mail or call us.
