If you’re familiar with “The Rock” style of decks then you’ll understand how to pilot this deck. Rock is a strong arch-type in multiplayer due to its nature of creating card advantage and being able to neutralize the opponents’ board positions. The deck is control/aggro. It has a Survival toolbox, Welder toolbox and a Titan toolbox.

The deck basically relies on speeding out a sac engine, then zirilan of the claw, then hoarding dragon to fetch soldevi digger or some similar piece of recursion, then hoarding dragon again to get thornbite staff or some similar untap effect, and then start going crazy with dragons. Hoarding dragon can help get other powerful manafacts, and once you’re swimming in it you can potentially power out a half-dozen of the blighters and hit a few times with hellkite charger. Remember – you can pull out the dragons during the player-to-the-right’s endstep, and they’ll be alive for your entire next turn. Also – temporary control-gaining effects are basically killspells with a bonus, since you’ve got tons of sac outlets.
